A bespoke commission is the most personal thing we make. Send us your idea — even a rough one — and we’ll sketch, quote, and build it by hand, from reclaimed or responsibly sourced wood.
Four unhurried steps
Tell us your idea
Fill out the request below — the piece, rough size, wood, and any words to engrave. No idea is too unformed.
We sketch & quote
Within a few days you’ll get a simple sketch, a wood recommendation, and a fixed price — no surprises.
We build by hand
Once you approve, it’s onto the bench. Typical lead time is six to eight weeks, with photos along the way.
It comes home
Hand-finished, engraved if you asked, and shipped with care — repaired free for the rest of its life.

Every commission is quoted to the piece, but here’s where each kind of work tends to begin. Wood, size, and engraving move the number.
